• Replies to your service request and customer-care questions

• Appointment confirmations and scheduling updates (including your arrival window)

• "Technician on the way" arrival notices

• Invoices and secure payment links (pay.precisemobilervrepair.com)

• The service request form link you ask for when you call us

• Job dispatch notices to our technicians

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

2. How you opt in

You agree to receive texts by checking the SMS consent box on our online service request form, by giving verbal consent when you call us and ask for a link by text, or by texting us first. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
